Welcome to BRUTA.

By making a purchase on this website, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. PRODUCT AND ARTISTIC PROCESS

At BRUTA, creation is a living process in constant experimentation. We do not seek absolute perfection, but authentic expression. Therefore, each sculpture may present subtle variations in shape, color, or finish compared to the images shown. These differences are part of its character and artistic value, and are not considered defects.

BRUTA pieces are conceived as artistic and decorative works, not as toys, and should not be used by children.

2. PRICES

All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. SHIPPING

Spain and EU:

Free shipping within Spain and continental Europe. We do not ship to the Canary Islands at the moment.

International:

For shipments outside of Europe, we apply a flat rate of 13 €. Please note that your country may apply import taxes.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page, though they may vary depending on location.

4. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once the sculpture is received and inspected, a refund will be issued (for the product amount only, not the original shipping cost).

Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse or improperly packaged for return.

5. DAMAGED PRODUCT OR TRANSIT

If your sculpture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the packaging and the damage. In this case, we will cover the replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All sculptures, images, texts, and designs on this website are the property of BRUTA. Reproduction or use without prior authorization is not permitted.
